Investing in me and hiring Rasie as my Leadership coach has helped me make great steps towards my goals. Learning how to deal with conflict at my current job has been very manageable with Rasie’s Jumpstart Process. I am doing this by asking myself if the conflict will add value to my day or is it just a waste of time. I think before I speak and keep the answer short. There has also been a lot of self talk, who knew talking to yourself is a great way to motivate you to stay on track to your goals. There is a trick to self talk, NO NEGATIVE allowed. Self talk is for positive construction and moving towards your goals.

Having a leadership coach has changed how I look at each day now. From not waiting to do a post on social media, to making me ACCOUNTABLE makes me make that game plan to be ACCOUNTABLE.
